Please include the email address linked to your Crimson Cat Events account so we can identify the correct account.
When an account deletion request is received, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with the account unless we are required to keep certain records for legal, tax, fraud prevention, payment, safety, or event operations purposes.
Some records, such as ticket purchase history, payment records, refund records, event attendance records, and safety-related records, may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or business operations.
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period.
