Refunds, credits, and date changes depend on your event, ticket type, and how early you release your spot. Event ticket refunds are separate from Pro Membership subscription billing.

All percentages — including late-release credit — are a percentage of your ticket price, not fixed amounts. No-show: no refund or credit.
If you release your spot inside 24 hours of the event, there is no upfront refund — you may receive a late-release credit only if someone else claims your spot from the waitlist.
Up to 3 date changes per ticket, same event type only. If the new event costs more you pay the difference; if it costs less, the difference is not refunded. Any date-change fee is shown before you confirm — free 7+ days out, increasing closer to the event.
App credit is refund credit added to your balance when you release a ticket. Crimson Credits are purchased package/plan balances. Neither is cash, neither can be withdrawn, and both can only be used for eligible Crimson Cat Events.
Coupon-discounted tickets, bundle tickets, referral tickets, free first-time-friend tickets, reward tickets, and walk-in/door tickets are non-refundable or limited-refund by default unless we allow otherwise. Ticket tiers such as Super Early are normal refundable tickets.
If we cancel an event, you receive a full return per payment type: card/PromptPay payments are refunded, app credit and Crimson Credit payments return to your balance, and free tickets return to your Inventory if still valid.
Approved cash refunds return to your original payment method (card or PromptPay via Stripe). Timing depends on your payment provider or bank.
