Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before booking.
1. No refunds or transfers
Unless we cancel an event (see Section 3), all tickets to Crimson Cat Events are:

Non-refundable, and
-
Non-transferable (you cannot move them to a different date or person).

This applies to all reasons, including:

Change of plans
-
Illness
-
Travel or traffic issues
-
Late arrival or leaving early
-
Forgetting the event date or time
If you cannot attend, your ticket is simply unused.
2. Arriving late or leaving early
You may arrive at any time during the posted event hours and leave whenever you like, but:

There are no partial refunds or discounts for late arrival or early departure.
3. Event cancelled by us
If we cancel an event completely (not just change the time or details):

You will be offered either:
-
A full refund of your ticket, or
-
A credit / transfer to another available event date.

We do not cover extra costs such as transport or accommodation.
4. Special case: restaurant charges you full price
Some events are hosted at partner venues (such as Treehouse Cafe & Bar) where a drink or special pricing is included with your ticket.

You are responsible for:

Showing your Crimson Cat ticket or booking confirmation to the venue at the time of ordering or paying, so they know you are part of the event.

If all of the following happen:

You forget to show your ticket,
-
The venue charges you the full normal price for your drink/meal, and
-
The venue refuses to adjust the bill even after you show your Crimson Cat confirmation while you are still there,
then:

You pay your bill in full at the venue, and
-
You may email us at crimsoncatpayments@gmail.com within 48 hours with:

Your name
-
Event date and time
-
A photo of your receipt
-
A screenshot of your Crimson Cat booking confirmation

In this specific situation, we may refund what you paid for your Crimson Cat ticket as a goodwill gesture, after we verify the details. This is at our discretion and is the only exception to our no-refund policy, apart from events we cancel.
5. How refunds are issued (when applicable)
Where a refund is given under this policy:

It will normally be processed back to the original payment method.

Processing times depend on your bank or card provider, but are usually within 5–10 business days after we approve the refund.
