Using the app

You use the Crimson Cat Events app and crimsoncatevents.com to create an account, book events, and manage tickets, Crimson Credits, rewards and perks.

Event conduct

Follow event rules, respect other guests, and act safely. We may refuse entry or remove anyone disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or rule-breaking. See our Community Guidelines.

Tickets & Crimson Credits

Tickets are booked through the app. Crimson Credits are purchased package credit balances for eligible events — they are not cash and cannot be withdrawn. Refund credits are separate and are called app credit.

Pro Membership

Pro is a subscription membership (฿150/month, renewing monthly until cancelled). Pro benefits: see who’s coming to an event, ฿100 monthly Crimson Credit, and priority waitlist. Pro members receive ฿100 monthly Crimson Credit to use toward one eligible paid Crimson Cat event — active only while your subscription is active, it expires at the end of the billing month, cannot stack with other discounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Pro does not include free tickets, event credits, or prepaid credit packages. Pro perks may change or be updated. Event tickets, app credit, and one-time Crimson Credit packages are separate from Pro unless explicitly stated.

Offers & codes

Offers and coupon codes may carry conditions such as first-timer only, one use per person, or one per order, and cannot always be combined.

Refunds & changes

Refunds, app credit, date changes, Release My Spot and waitlists follow our Refund Policy, which can vary by event and ticket type. Ticket tiers like Super Early are normal refundable tickets — limited refunds apply only to coupon-discounted, bundle, referral, free-friend, free-reward, and walk-in tickets.

Payments

Payments (card and PromptPay) are processed by third-party providers. Your ticket is confirmed once payment is confirmed.

Venues & liability

Many events are held at third-party partner venues. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to what you paid for your ticket.
