Help with common topics

• Tickets & check-in — your tickets and QR codes live in the app under the Tickets tab.
• Refunds & date changes — see the Refund Policy, or use Release My Spot / Change Date on your ticket in the app.
• Account & data — see the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account from Profile → Privacy & Legal → Delete Account in the app.
• Events — event details, venues, and directions are on each event page in the app.

In-app help

The app includes Ask Val (quick answers to common questions) and Help / FAQ under Profile.
