1. Who we are

We host social events such as Saturday Game Night and Sunday Brunch, mainly at Treehouse Cafe & Bar in Phrom Phong or similar venues.

2. Bookings and tickets

• You can book tickets through crimsoncatevents.com or attend as a walk-in, subject to space.

• A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

• Tickets are valid only for the event date and time shown in your booking, unless we explicitly move or credit them.

3. Prices and payments

• Current prices are shown on the event page.

• Online bookings may be cheaper than walk-in prices.

• All payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details.

4. Arrivals and lateness

• You may arrive at any time during the posted event hours.

• We will do our best to seat you, but specific tables or game groups cannot be guaranteed.

• There are no refunds for late arrivals or partial attendance (see Refund Policy).

5. Behaviour and safety

To keep events safe and welcoming, you agree to:

• Treat other guests, staff, and venue workers with respect.

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behaviour.

• Follow reasonable instructions from the host and venue staff.

• Not bring your own alcohol or illegal substances into the venue.

We may ask anyone who breaks these rules to leave without a refund.

6. Age policy

• Events are generally aimed at adults.

• Younger guests may be allowed at certain events at our discretion and subject to venue rules (for example, bar policies and local law).

• You are responsible for complying with local age and identification rules at the venue.

If you are unsure, check the event page or contact us in advance.

7. Venue and third parties

• Many events are held at Treehouse Cafe & Bar or other partner venues, which are operated by third parties.

• We are not responsible for the venue’s food, drink, or facilities, but we coordinate closely to support a good experience.

• Issues with food or drink quality should be raised with the venue directly as well as with us.

8. Photos and video

We sometimes take photos and short video clips at events to capture the atmosphere and promote Crimson Cat Events (for example on our website, social media, or other materials). By attending, you understand and agree that you may appear in these images as part of the event.

We mainly focus on group shots and the general vibe, not close-up portraits. If you do not want to be in any photos or videos, you must tell the host when you arrive so we can try to seat you off-camera and avoid including you where reasonably possible.

We generally do not edit or remove past photos or videos after they have been published, except in rare cases where there is a serious privacy or safety concern or where we are required to do so by law.

9. Cancellations and changes by us

We may need to modify or cancel an event (for example due to low bookings, venue issues, or safety concerns).

If we cancel an event completely, you will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• A credit / transfer to another date, as described in our Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for additional costs such as transport or accommodation.

10. Cancellations and changes by you

Your ability to receive a refund or credit is described in our separate Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In general, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except for:

• The limited restaurant billing error case described in the Refund Policy, and

• Events that we cancel.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any personal property lost, damaged, or stolen at events.

• Our total liability for any claim related to an event or booking is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Thailand.
