We are committed to:

• Designing events that feel safe, low-pressure, and friendly for introverts, neurodivergent guests, and people new to Bangkok.

• Working with our partner venues to support access needs where we can.

• Listening to feedback and improving over time.

Our main venue at the moment is:

Treehouse Cafe & Bar (Phrom Phong), Bangkok

This venue is operated by a third party and may include:

• Mixed seating types (chairs, benches, sofas).

• Possible steps or level changes between areas.

• Standard restaurant restrooms.

Because we do not control the building, some accessibility features may be limited. If you have mobility needs or use a wheelchair, please contact us in advance so we can check the best options and discuss what is realistically possible for that specific event.

Our events are calmer than typical nightlife, but they are still social spaces. You can usually expect:

• Background music at a moderate level.

• Conversation at shared tables.

• Visual stimuli such as games, cards, menus, and décor.

If you need a quieter table, shorter stay, more breaks, or prefer to sit a bit away from the main crowd, talk to the host on arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you within the constraints of the venue.

• Events are mainly in English, with some basic Thai where helpful.

• We try to explain games and instructions clearly and step-by-step.

• If you have hearing, speech, or other communication needs, you can message us beforehand so we know how to support you (for example, writing things down, speaking more slowly, or using your preferred app).

We welcome legally recognized service animals where required by law. Emotional support animals and pets are only allowed if the venue permits them. Our main venue, Treehouse, is dog-friendly, so well-behaved dogs on a leash are generally allowed at Treehouse events under the venue’s rules. Guests are responsible for supervising their animals at all times and for any damage or disturbance they cause.

We may share limited personal data with:

• Service providers: website host, payment processors, email tools, analytics providers, only as needed to provide and improve our services.

• Legal / safety: if required by law or to protect our rights, security, or the safety of guests and partners.
